An accomplished leader in China’s BPO industry, Anna brings a wealth of experience and practical knowledge to her role as CEO of the Welsend Group. Her expertise spans across numerous aspects of managing a large-scale enterprise group, including business and operations management, HR management for services outsourcing, customer relationship management, and employee lifecycle management.

Over the past seven years, Anna has steered the Welsend Group to achieve exponential growth. Especially the BPO branch of the group has not only emerged as an industry leader in the Chinese market but also gained recognition in the APAC region. This is evident in its recognition in the Everest Group Customer Experience Management (CXM) in APAC PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2022.

Anna is a certified coordinator of COPC and a member of the prestigious China CCO 100.

Aica has significantly contributed to the growth of BPO and shared services companies in operations and support roles. Her diverse international experience encompasses HR, legal, accounting, and finance sectors with leading multinationals like Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Citibank. As an effective leader, she oversees HR and administrative functions at Welsend Global Services, driving strategy, innovation, and client value. ​Aica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics and a Juris Doctor degree, and is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.

Jason is a seasoned leader with a 15-year track record in BPO operations, focusing on call center management. He has expertly navigated roles from Business Process Specialist to Operations Manager, driving major accounts and managing over 3,000 agents. ​

Known for enhancing performance metrics, executing VOC analytics, and leading seamless transitions of new programs, Jason blends his technical acumen from a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering with business insights from an MBA.

Tao has accumulated over a decade of experience in the call center industry, establishing herself as a seasoned professional in the Project and Operations Management. Her extensive knowledge and expertise make her a valuable asset for overseeing and executing successful projects. With specializations in project operation, call center telephony, and AI system deployment project management, she has consistently demonstrated a result-driven and innovative approach in her work. Her exceptional performance has been showcased in renowned projects with Huawei, Mercedes-Benz, Wayfair, HRS, NetEase, and Bondee. Holding a master’s degree in Hospitality Management from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Tao’s qualifications further enhance her strategic planning, customer services, and organizational leadership capabilities.
