Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Engage with our clients directly to report on progress, update meeting details, and provide information on a pipeline of business opportunities. Previous experience with or an interest in sales is a plus.
  • Campaign Management: Ability to assess markets, companies, and decision makers for specific business opportunities – help build lists for lead generation, coordinate outreach efforts, manage existing relationships, and maximize customer engagement.
  • Research: Have a strong understanding of each of our client’s profiles and competitive advantages, technology set, and target markets and stakeholders. Ability to research use-cases, applications, prospects, and new developments regarding our full portfolio of clients.
  • Advisory Support: Must be able to help generate new contacts and leads on behalf of clients, leveraging tools like LinkedIn and Salesforce. Also requires a strong basic understanding of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, and Internet research skills.
  • Support: Must be able to assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating with support staff. The role also calls for flexibility, project coordination, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and customers.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years direct or related experience in account management, marketing, sales, business development, or executive support roles
  • Excellent computer skills and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
  • Ability to multi-task, execute under tight deadlines, work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, monitor and manage multiple priorities, and meet timelines on large projects from inception through completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills – have an ability to interface directly with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and pick up on nuances of client interaction.
  • Strong self-management skills and comfort in a dynamic work environment – display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing work in a timely manner and demonstrating responsible behavior.
  • Strong project management skills – highly organized, demonstrate attention to detail and strategic problem-solving, and have a proactive attitude and sense of urgency.
  • Collaboration and teamwork – comfortable working via email, phone, Zoom, and in-person with colleagues and clients to collaborate effectively with others.
