Job Description
The Marketing Officer plays a key role in executing and managing our company’s social media and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include creating engaging content, implementing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to overall brand visibility. The officer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure a strong online presence.

Responsibilities
Content and Editorial Management:

- Develop and oversee comprehensive content and editorial calendars.

- Take the lead in graphic and web design, creating visually appealing and engaging content.

- Ensure alignment of content with business goals.

- Contribute to the creation of articles to enhance online presence and engagement.

- Maintain websites SEO to ensure optimal visibility.

- Videography skills considered a plus.
Social Media Management:

- Manage BPO company’s social media pages and advertising platforms.

- Handle posting, scheduling, boosting, and reporting on various social media channels.
Digital Strategy Development:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital strategies across different channels for the BPO company.

- Collaborate with the Sales and Head Office Team to integrate visually compelling elements into digital campaigns that is align with the Branding of the company

- Leverage expertise in WordPress web development for effective campaign execution.

- Manage Website and Security Checks for the Company Website.
Client Account Management:

- Prepare client deck and sample digital contents for client presentation
- Manage client accounts through various digital channels, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction, as needed.
- Work closely with the Account Director to align strategies with client expectations.
Brand Management for the BPO Industry:

- Spearhead efforts to elevate the BPO company’s brand in the industry.

- Innovate and implement strategies that position the BPO company as a leader in the outsourcing landscape.

- Stay up to date with various award-giving bodies and see where the Company can apply.
Requirements
Professional Experience:
-
- 2-3 years of marketing experience working on diverse digital channels.

- With at least 1 year experience in BPO industry.
Digital Platforms:
-
- Proficient in using Canva for graphic design

- Expertise in running campaigns and ads on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Technical Proficiency:
-
- Knowledge and experience in WordPress web development is a must have.
- Knowledge and experience Microsoft Office (Powerpoint), GSuite, Adobe (Photoshop, Canva, Inshot, VN, Snapseed) or equivalent digital media editing tools
Communication Skills:
-
- Excellent consulting, writing, proofreading, presentation, and communication skills.
